Picture this

Ok as promised here is a few pictures This is what I started with...

YES it is 50 Pounds of Flour and 50 pounds of Sugar

YES 96 eggs

3 Number 10 cans of Crushed pineapple

a lot and I mean a lot of Zucchini

I think this says a lot about who I am!
and just for the record..
The first 60 or so loaves of bread, the zucchini came out of my garden...
until I ran out and had to go buy zucchini!

OVEN was full for 45 minutes at a time...
I was able to get 6 loaves in at a time in one oven
Thankfully I have 2 ovens!

Cooling on the Table...

So I hope you all know I do not want to see a loaf of bread for a while!
And you wonder why I have a weight problem!

I've always had a small inkling that you might be border-line insane, but don't worry. There is no longer any question as to your sanity. You are definitely NOT sane, if you actually did all of that baking. Oh, the memories of that Penns Valley house and the things you baked in those ovens. By the way, could you send the recipe my way for the Sour Cream cookies? I have a particular memory of you making those for us one 4th of July...we took them with us to the Fireworks at the Stadium and I couldn't stop eating them the whole night. With your baking, it's no wonder that I have a weight problem!

Wow! Are these all for your lesson? If so, I wish we had people like you around here that took that much time to "prepare" for their lessons...myself included! That's gonna be an awesome lesson! Not just because the bread! (but knowing your skills) that's gonna put your lesson over the top! Good luck today I'm sure it's going to be a wonderful lesson to remember.
